What if I'm not a superhero? What if I'm the bad guy?
You are my life now.
Do I dazzle you?
Bella,
I couldn't live with myself if I ever hurt you. You don't know how it's tortured me. The thought of you, still, white, cold… to never see you blush
scarlet again, to never see that flash of intuition in your eyes when you see through my pretenses… it would be unendurable. You are the most important thing
to me now. The most important thing to me ever.

Moonless Night
Very dark
sky like black velvet
dotted with stars
little points of light
and beauty
Metor
streaking across my night
light
brilliancy
beauty
everything on fire
Fallen over the horizon
world plunged into blackness
darkness surrounds
no beam of welcome light
the brighten my night
Nothing has changed
everything
exactly
the
way
it
was
but
my eyes
blinded
can't see the stars
anymore
and there is no more reason
for anything.
Ok- the quote
"Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night.
Very dark, but there were the stars- little points of life and reason.
Then you shot across my sky like a meteor.
Suddenly everything was on fire;
there was brilliancy, there was beauty.
When you were gone,
when the meteor had fallen over the horizon,
everything went black.
Nothing had changed,
but my eyes were blinded by the light.
And there was no more reason for anything."

Cancer New Moon:
A Labor of Love
by Simone Butler
Nowadays, with rampant foreclosures, downsizing and insecurity, we need to create "home" wherever we are. On the deepest level, home is a feeling that comes from within, a reflection of how secure we feel with ourselves and our relationship to life itself. The New Moon in Cancer also spotlights the need to find security within. This extra potent New Moon, falling on the heels of the summer solstice, features an opposition to power-broker Pluto. The Cancer New Moon signals a time of nurturing and creative activity, and Pluto rules birth, death, transformation and the fear of annihilation. We're called to face our demons and vanquish whatever stands in the way of birthing a more empowered self....
Cancer New Moon Meditation:
Lunar Sabbaths: The Practice of Moon Mindfulness
by Pythia Peay
The Moon Temples and rites of initiation that once flourished across the ancient world have long since vanished. Still, it is possible to cultivate a unique spiritual practice based around the ancient Moon mysteries. In Greece, the earliest divisions of time, for instance, corresponded to the three phases of the Moon's cycle. In Babylon, and later the Semitic system, the weekly division of the "moon month" grew out of the observance of the quarterly Sabbaths - the New and Full Moons, and the Quarter Moons in between. Thus it is possible, by following the phases of the Moon, to cultivate a practice of "Moon Mindfulness"....
Ask the Oracle
by Julia Bondi
"I have run our charts online and it seems from this information that my lover is prone to infidelity. I have a strong insecure streak that only appears when I am in a relationship and have something to lose. Maybe I should face my insecurity and stay with him and if he meets someone more compatible be happy for him and accept it peacefully and with love. In the past I have had difficulty getting over hurtful relationships. Could you look at his chart and mine and advise me on the best course of action to avoid possibly feeling that depth of pain and sadness I have felt at the end of a past relationship?...."

I enjoy doing Healing Touch for others. I've completed Healing
Touch Levels I, II, and III. Someday I would like to begin HT Level IV; I also perform Distant Healing. I am interested in learning Animal Reiki. I enjoy
spending my time with my grandchildren, my DH, long walks on the beach under a full moon, gazing at the stars, the rain in the summer (but dislike the
humidity), love the thunder and lightning, rainbows, gardening, dolphins, reading about astrology; automatic writing, counted cross stitch, tole painting, and
bead work.
I like to collect Angels, crystals, dragonflies, and windchimes.
I am an Aquarius.
"Be the living
expression of God's kindness ~
kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, kindness in your warm touch,
Let no~one ever come to you without leaving better & happier."
~ Mother Theresa
One thing life has taught me ~
If you're interested, you never have to look for new interests. They come to you. When you are genuinely interested in one thing, it will always lead to
something else.
~ Eleanor Roosevelt
And I love this ~ Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well reserved body, but rather to skid
in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming . . "Damn, What a ride!!!"
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.
Leave the rest to God.
~Life isn't about how to survive the storm,
but how to dance in the rain.~
In this special moment in life . . .
Think freely. Practice patience. Smile often.
Savor special moments. Live God's message.
Make new friends. Rediscover old ones.
Tell those that you love that you do.
Feel deeply.
Forget trouble. Forgive an enemy.
Hope. Grow. Be crazy.
Count your blessings. Observe miracles.
Make them happen. Discard worry.
Give. Give in. Trust enough to take.
Pick some flowers. Share them.
Keep a promise. Look for rainbows.
Gaze at stars. See beauty everywhere.
Work hard. Be wise.
Try to understand.
Take time for yourself.
Laugh heartily. Spread joy.
Take a chance. Reach out. Let someone in.
Try something new. Slow down.
Be soft sometimes. Believe in yourself.
Trust others.
See a sun rise. Listen to rain.
Reminisce.
Cry when you need to. Trust life.
Have faith. Enjoy wonder.
Comfort a friend. Have good ideas.
Make mistakes. Learn from them.
Celebrate Life . . .
Light is a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum surrounding us. The light frequencies are perceived and recognized as color through
the eyes and brain. When white light hits a prism it is seen as the seven rainbow colors. The human body has seven main chakras, or energy vortexes that
vibrate harmoniously with these seven color frequencies. If there are any energy blockages in the chakras, applying the correct light frequency can be very
beneficial in clearing and restoring the area to proper functioning frequency. Branches of alternative medicine and ancient cultures have long recognized the
power of color therapy to influence the body and the psyche.
The word Chakra means "wheel " based on the
Sanskrit. There are 7 main
chakras that are lined up in ascending order from the base of the spine up to
the top of the head. Below you will find the mandalas that correspond with
each chakra.
What are chakras?
